Welcome to Taboo Cartridges. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taboo Cartridges website, mobile applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Taboo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Taboo.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Monitoring: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove content that we deem, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms.

5. Payments & Billing

All financial transactions are governed by our Subscription Policy. By providing a payment method, you authorise Taboo Cartridges (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and fees.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taboo Cartridges Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Taboo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
