Taboo Cartridges Return & Refund Policy

At Taboo, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the intimate and personal nature of our inventory, we maintain strict guidelines regarding returns to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened & Sealed: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging eith all factory seals intact.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items that have been opened, handled, or had the factory seal broken.
  • Sale items or products purchased using a "Final Sale" promotional code.
  • Gift cards.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.

  • Please contact us at sales@taboocartridges.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a photo/video of the defect.
  • Confirmed defective items will be replaced at no additional cost or fully refunded.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. Notification: We will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved.
  2. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  3. Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Shipping Costs

  • General Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to high-value items to cover inspection and processing.
  • Defects: If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), Taboo will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
