1. Processing & Handling
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Signature Required: For high-value orders (over £200), a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us at sales@taboocartidges.co.uk within 7 days.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us. Taboo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
